I am so excited to be doing this for a second year! Here's a summary of my fandoms and ships:
-Merlin! I know the show ended ages ago, but Merlin/Arthur is the OTP of my heart. They are my boys forever. I much prefer modern AUs to stories set in the canon of the show, especially college AUs or ones where they have interesting jobs. Modern royalty stories make my heart melt with happiness <3 Also I like Morgana/Gwen as a side ship. Or Morgana/Morgause. Or Morgana/Gwaine. Or Morgana/Leon. (Basically I just love Morgana.)
-Check Please! I adore this comic and this world and all the characters. My main ship is actually Ransom/Holster. I'm much less interested in fic about Jack and Bitty because I feel their story is being perfectly told in the comic. But there are so many side stories about what Hols and Rans could be doing when the camera is elsewhere :3 I would also be happy to receive any gen story set at Samwell!
-The Adventure Zone podcast. I JUST found this and am currently caught up only through episode 30, but will definitely have it finished by Candlemas. I don't ship anyone in particular but I would be delighted with a story about ANY ship, either serious or crack, or a gen story. Extra bonus love if it includes dumb jokes and sound effects <3
-Carry On by Rainbow Rowell. Obviously I ship Simon/Baz. I have actually never read fic for this pairing so anything you pick would be new to me!
-Captive Prince by CS Pacat. Hell yes Damen/Laurent. I'm especially interested in stories that fill gaps in the books, or take place shortly after the end of the books.
-The Raven Cycle. The only ship I'm interested in here is Adam/Ronan (though it's fine if Blue and Gansey are a couple in the background, I just don't read hetfic). Bonus love if it has a happy ending!
-I read a lot and love many book series. The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern, The Vorkosigan Series by Lois McMaster Bujold, The Montmaray Series by Michelle Cooper (Toby/Simon), all of Tamora Pierce's books, Code Name Verity by Elizabeth Wein, and also The Winter Prince by Elizabeth Wein (which is practically a Merlin AU already...) I would enjoy any stories based on these books that fit in with the tone of the books.
Things I like in fic in general:
I love stories that make me laugh.
I will pretty much always take humor over angst.
Happy endings.
AUs.
Fake-to-real.
Cross-dressing.
Boys in lingerie.
Genderplay, genderqueer, trans and bisexual characters.
Side-ships. I love it when I've got two teams to root for!
I like Teen and Mature ratings more than Gen but also more than NC-17.
OT3, OT4, etc only if EVERYONE IS VERY HAPPY and there is no jealousy.
Things I'm not into:
Omega verse.
MPreg.
Character death.
Love triangles in which one person is doomed to be unhappy/alone/excluded.
Non-con or dub-con.
Serious BDSM (exception: Captive Prince).
Underage.
Excessive pain/torture/abuse.
Derogatory or demeaning language between lovers.
